Teams of 6 will travel [CONFIRM MILEAGE — route is changing for 2026] across Idaho's diverse landscape while supporting the SHRM Foundation and the Idaho State SHRM Council. Move in any way that suits you—from yoga to gardening to wheelchair racing—all activities count!

How to participate in HR in Motion:
- Log manually: Enter your activities directly on the race page—distance, time, and location
- Connect Strava: Link your Strava account in settings for automatic activity tracking
- Use the app (optional): Download Racery's mobile app to log on the go
- Teams of 6 aim for 40 miles total per team (about 3-4 miles per day per person)
- Over 75 activities count: walking, running, cycling, yoga, gardening, wheelchair racing, and more!
- Activities are automatically converted to miles to track your team's progress across Idaho

Registration: $30 (includes t-shirt + entry + digital swag)
Teams: 6 participants per team [CONFIRM team mile goal for new route]
